Refund Policy

All sales are final.  

For a product damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refund a percentage of your order or place the item. If the incorrect item(s) was shipped, we reserve the right to refund for the original price of the item or reship the correct item(s).

Customer agrees to include a photo of your item that shows it in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must email us within 30 days of the order date.

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to issue a refund.

Shipping delays outside of our direct control, including duty, taxes, or other delays, are not eligible for a refund. In no instance shall we incur liability for refund due to any delay in excess of actual shipping fees paid by customer.
